RATES EXPLAINED
Minimum 1 queen = 1 queen room for up to 2 guests.
Minimum 2 queens = 2 queen rooms for up to 4 guests; or 1 queen plus 2 single beds (or porta-cot) for up to 4 guests.
Minimum 3 queens = 3 queen rooms for up to 6 guests; or 2 queens plus 2 single beds (or porta-cot) for up to 6 guests.
Full house = 3 queen rooms plus 2 single beds (or porta-cot) for up to 8 guests.
BOOKINGS
Are subject to ‘Booking Conditions’ which is required to be agreed to by the Guest at the time of booking.
CONFIRMATION
Issued on receipt of deposit and agreement to ‘Booking Conditions’.
DEPOSIT
50% of total amount payable. Non-refundable.
FULL TARRIFF
Payable 28 days prior to arrival.
KEYS
Available upon arrival at destination.
PAYMENT
Direct debit to the Owner’s bank account (details to be provided once booking is received).
REFUNDABLE BOND
Payment accepted by direct debit to the Owner’s bank account. Payable at least 28 days prior to arrival.
RATES
Include bed linen and bath towels.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Arrival on a public holiday will incur a cleaning surcharge.
STRICTLY
No smoking indoors. Prior approval required for a dog.
MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay requirements apply to all guests in the booking.
CHRISTMAS WEEK (20 December – 27 December) – minimum 7 night stay.
NEW YEAR WEEK (27 December – 3 December) – minimum 7 night stay.
PEAK SEASON (14 December – 31 January) – minimum 5 night stay.
EASTER WEEKEND (Good Friday – Easter Monday) – minimum 4 night stay.
LONG WEEKENDS Public holiday long weekends – minimum 3 night stay.
SPECIAL EVENTS Special event weekends – minimum 3 night stay.
ALL OTHER TIMES Low and High season – minimum 2 night stay.
CANCELLATIONS
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Consideration may be given to transfer a cancelled booking to an alternative date if written notification is received no less than 28 days in advance of the holiday. Transfers are subject to availability and a transfer fee of $100. The guest is liable for payment of the full rental if a booking is cancelled less than 28 days in advance of the holiday, whether or not occupation of the holiday house occurs.
INSURANCE
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
